Excellent service

I had not heard of Notino so was a little dubious However they were able to do delivery before Christmas even though I had ordered late The gift set was delivered as hoped for and very well packaged I will definitely use them again

I have been using Notino for a while now I buy my perfumes and aftershaves for myself and gifts for birthdays and Christmas I am extremely happy with service and quick delivery I would very much recommend this company Very competitive prices

I have never had issues with Notino and I ve ordered many times all good and well until my last order One of the items was missing in parcel The customer service took a long time to reply but when they eventually did it all was handled amazingly I have to thank Agnes especially - she was very nice and helpful They send me the missing item at no cost to myself Will order again definitely

The only site I found the Oscar de la Renta gift box I wanted as a gift for my mum Never used before but received within 3 days Great service from delivery company with up to date communication Will use again x

Great price well packaged and quick delivery Plus some lovely samples included which my teenage granddaughters adore Like others I was a little dubious using the company as they were so much cheaper I took a chance and am very happy

I ordered 2 parfums I normally get from Germany as they dont sell them in the UK Everything went well and I was kept up to date about my order Both Parfums smell as they are suppose to smell I would order from Notino again

I was a bit apprehensive ordering from here as I d never heard of Notino before A Google search brought them up and they are selling my perfume for a whopping 30 cheaper than Boots at the time I placed the order it arrived a few days later well packaged and via DPD Very happy with Notino and will definitely use them again
