I bought a 300ml top up of Dior Savage and not able to fill my bottles x3 Perhaps not Nottino s fault but I am disappointed

Delivery is incredibly slow because they leave your order for 3-4 days before they pack and despatch

I entered the code given to receive the goods cheaper but the discount wasn t given I m not very impressed The rest of the process went well

Notino insists using rubbish couriers Every single time I ordered something the delivery company couldn t find the property missed the 24 7 concierge redirected the item to a deposit or a cornershop Rubbish rubbish rubbish

They do not abide by the try it first perfume scheme with free shipping as advertised on the website You will have to send the perfumes you didn t like back out of your own pocket

Delivery was quick and the order arrived safely but I m very disappointed with the products I have bought from a different company in the past and the essential oils have been much stronger and truer than either the Lavender or Eucalyptus I won t buy from this company in future

Out of my order one product Clinic was fine but the other perfume atomiser did not work I emailed the company twice No response Do they even have a customer service Waste of money

Just to warn people that the website is easy to misinterpret as offering free returns but you actually have to fill in a withdrawal of contract form and pay the return postage yourself Very disappointing

I ve previously ordered a Mancera EdP from Notino and been more than pleased with both the ordering the product The Silver Blue perfume was long lasting exactly as it should be This time however I was very disappointed in the product outcome of my customer service experience I ordered Mancera Red Tobacco having just tried a sample I bought elsewhere The plastic packaging was unsealed the perfume wasn t right - definitely not punchy long lasting as Mancera perfumes are especially Red Tobacco They insist it isn t a fake but this time I m not convinced as the scent definitely isn t as it should be I should have read the last review on their website also saying it had no longevity implying it was fake I was hoping to return it for a refund but although the assistant was polite helpful somehow the end result is I ve lost out - looks like I have to fill in a ridiculous long winded form pay postage Not the best experience sadly it s the last time I d use Notino would tell others to steer clear

Waist of time Customer service lies that parcel has been lost by DPD but in fact the item hasn t been even dispatched DPD was booked twice but still awaiting for the parcel Three days ago they said the item was dispatched but DPD hasn t received it yet If not delivered within this week I will cancel the order and claim refund After all I considered to add 1 star as the item has finally been delivered and it is OK
