I would recommend notino but to shop

I would recommend notino but to shop wisely some of notino prices are wild Chanel allure homme blanche is 113 for 100 ml on Chanel website on notino website it s 197 80 why would anyone want to pay that price and some other fragrances like Dior eau sauvage parfum 79 00 on the Dior website on notino 82 50 that would be my only complaint

The product is good The delivery was delayed The order was a gift I was disappointed that it couldn t be gift boxed because the order was bigger than the gift I also missed that it was not possible to write at least a dedication Minimum you should be consider add option gift card with text for bigger orders Or bigger boxes too

Might sell old stock

I bought a mens fragrance which was three and a half years old On querying this I received a response which questioned the accuracy of batch codes Notino did not addressing the point of selling old stock certainly did not deny it I suspect but can t be entirely sure they source older stock and sell it on Checking my previous purchases some of them were well over a year old Old products inadequate response - Don t know if I ll use Notino again

Great prices but so slow to ship

Great prices but they re so slow to ship Always had the same issue with them Ordered last week for a Valentine gift and they still haven t handed it to the courier 8 days and Valentine s Day is tomorrow Won t bother with them again

Delivery arrived damaged use suitably strong boxes please

I have had no issues with the products I ve ordered but the delivery came in very flimsy boxes that arrived badly damaged one box was falling to pieces and the other was repacked by DPD using a much stronger box A shampoo I ordered was damaged I ve emailed Notino to ask for a refund but haven t heard anything back

Disgruntled

In a previous order i spent over 104 but still had to pay for delivery With another on line company i spent over 50 and got free delivery This other companies order arrived a lot quicker than Notino as well

Part 1 8 days still waiting

Ordered 23 or 24th August 8 days waiting delivery is not alot but daughter said watered down product she recieved but that s her experience mine is fingers X ed Boucheron s Jaipur Parfum which at 32 60 is a bargain will let you know if it arrives today which is what DPD said so Pt 2 ArrivedAlthough a parfum s ardour should retain its puncency this bottle is questionable no doubt acting seemingly more like an eau de toilette as it doesnt linger as long as it should

Not 100 their product is original for sure A perfume lover with good knowledge Can tell your monthlanc on sale was totally off bought it for 33 As even product packaging was different with different retailers So careful

Price was not bad ten day delivery But the weakest fragrance I ever wasted money on

I can t say that they are full of Bargains BUT occasionally you can get a good price I got some la lique 18 but with postage a small savingBUT I saw another buyer had the same impression as me Mine is very weak lasts 30 mins was it a bad batch Or who knows I will go to boots to compare I always heard it was strong but I know it s 20 but very disappointed BUT Most annoying thing is the 7-10 day delivery They are ok and do the occasional good price I Won t be using them again because I paid 20 for scented water Annoying when they are gifts Ordered 24 3 24 got it 02 4 24
