They may be alright until you have a complaint and then you will find problems getting money back even for damaged goods

Are they joking with prices for Irish Market I was looking at Moschino Toy Boy 34 20 sterling on UK site for 100ml 51 on German 54 on Italian and 81 on Irish There is absolutely no excuse for this price differential Stick to other websites like parfumgroup de and myorigines where prices to Ireland are half in general Notinos new Irish ie rip off site

My recent delivery was late then I got an email saying it was returned to sender Notino ignored my emails about it being late requests to be refunded until I opened a PayPal case when I asked what happened they came out with random lame excuses but didn t offer to fix the problem or offer any kind of solution total waste of my time and they had my money held for weeks without any offer of compensation

Order number 720374884 I bought Clinique items to get the free lipstick but it wasn t included in my order The lipstick is still available on their website so Notino hasn t run out of stock I thought I found a replacement for another shop but at least that one always puts promoted items in the order Such a disappointment

SCAM - I would never use this company again I have placed an order delivered without any notification and left outside for not sure how long several items were missing and leaked Notino done nothing even I have paid for extra insurance Looking for some labels what I did not have used excuse without this label they can not do anything - total scam

Slowest delivery ever It s been 14 full business days 16 in total Absolutely no movement what so ever Its shockingly painful its not missing it s being scanned daily Its like sending a postcard from panama with a single 2nd class stamp back in the 80s Itll probably get here 11 months later

Damaged product poor customer service

They sent me a damaged product which is unusable I contacted them to ask for a refund but they only offered a credit voucher I informed them of UK regulations whereby I should be getting a refund for damaged goods They are now saying I need to send them the product back at my own cost and they will then investigate and get back to me Complete utter nonsense I had purchase their insurance as well which is completely useless Avoid this company at all costs
