I bought 10 lbs of fruit slices

I bought 10 lbs of fruit slices I was totally disappointed Not one of the colors had a flavor that would corrispond with the color Actually the 4 colors I ate all tasted the same Also they tasted like someone had put an adverse ingrediant in all of them They tasted really nasty I will NEVER purchase any candy from Nutstop again They must NOT taste their own product No one would buy these if they knew what they tasted like I wasted 29 99 But at least I am still alive after eating some of those candies Yuck

This company is known to scam people

This company is known to scam people They are very shaddy and cut corners They send rancid products and its almost impossible to get in contact with them I finally got a return label and I sent the rancid product back No refund They are ignoring my emails calls etc I will pursue further action They messed with the wrong person

Buyer Beware

Delivery is very quick but quality of products is poor Pistachios are small tasteless and slightly burned Hazelnuts are tasteless and not good for eating or cooking The ginger is woody poor quality They refused to consider returns of opened or unopened product after 7 days It was two weeks before I opened all the bags I accepted my losses and threw everything away

No good for me

I ordered bulk nuts in shell for the squirrels I feed and after a month of the order not showing up and my money deducted from PayPal I called the company Generic answering machine pick up no way to leave a message or anything so I emailed the company 2x with never having a response Now we were 5 weeks later with no nuts and funds taken I went on PayPal and found another number listed and I contacted them and was able to finally speak with someone who then told me the nuts are out of stock 5 weeks later and zero responses until I was lucky to find someone who finally refunded me I told her how horrible this is for the company

I paid for a cold pack

My order included some chocolate covered items as well as nuts The website included a charge for a cold pack which cost me extra Luckily our weather has been unusually mild My order arrived with a warm coldpack two bags of molten goo and two bags of nuts The pecans are overcooked and have charred spots and the mixed nuts are 75 skin-on almonds In all there is nothing about this order that is satisfactory other than it got here on time I have contacted the company twice and there has been no response I warned them that if they do not respond I will trash them online everywhere So be it

I had issues with this company before

I had issues with this company before but I was on the Websight and it look like they had everything I wanted in stock so I placed an order that went though Only to get a shipping from them with some of the items missing so basically they sell things they don t have and on top of it they don t have the decency to inform you first so if you wanted to cancel the order you could no customer service not a good place to shop with This is an update when I received the package one item was missing I have been trying to contact customer service with no luck keep your money

I used to really like this company but not any more My last two orders took nearly a week to ship And my most recent order was missing 2 of the 3 items that were the main drivers for it Customer service claims they are out of stock but the website showed them in stock when I placed the order still in stock when I got notice of a note added to the order no not was added some items just mysteriously disappeared and in stock through days of emails with customer service They simply aren t reliable any mii oh re

Order Missing 1 lb of Cashew Nuts

Placed order for 10 lbs of Brazil Nuts and 1 lb of Cashews on 11 24 2020 The order was delivered today 12 3 but the shipment box only contained the Brazil Nuts I immediately called the Nutstop customer service phone and spoke with a female representative I offered to send her a photo of the box and contents but she declined I then asked her to send me the missing 1 lb Cashews but she also refused I told her that I was submitting a BBB complaint and review and then she just hung up the telephone

Unreliable

I have ordered from Nutstop once before over the past year and for the most part been happy However my recent purchase was a different story Paid for the order 10 25 and after sending over 5 e-mails to customer service with zero replies I can only assume that they do not care about their customers at all Today 11 14 I finally got an email that they have canceled the order No explanation Wont be ordering from them again Very unreliable and terrible customer service
