unprofessional

not recommended so unprofessional staff are not welling to do anything they keep sending invoices for jobs they haven t attended to time means nothing to them what a waste of time

Thought they would be better

As a charity we have to count every penny NWCE where extremely over priced engineers making up faults charging for works incomplete Asked for works to be carried out only to be told other issues are needed to be looked at All just made up stuff then being asked to pay for callouts that where not what we asked of them Really disappointed and sad that companies still work like this

Called out over the weekend when no one else would attend engineer arrived within the hour had the part on his van fixed the oven and had us up and running brilliant service thank you

I ve had issues with my drains for the last 12 months and NWCE have been on hand every time They have a wealth of knowledge and all the tools and gadgets to get me out of a sticky situation multiple times - friendly prompt and professional service
