Off-Grid RVs exceeded all my expectations when they fixed the broken solar system on my van From the moment I contacted them I felt heard and understood Nick truly listened to my concerns and made sure every detail was addressed His professionalism was top-tier but what really stood out was his genuine care for his customers He took the time to explain the problem offered options and ensured I was comfortable with the solution before moving forward The entire process was smooth efficient and stress-free I can t recommend these guys enough if you want reliable service from a team that truly cares I ll be a customer for life even though I live 7 hours away

Saved the Day and a lot of money

Having bought a 2022 Newmar New Aire last year and sending it to Master Tech Rv in Elkhart Indiana for a full blown solar lithium costng over 100k They had the coach for seven months and they unexpectedly went out of business Unfortunately the system stopped working almost immediately after I picked it up due to miss wiring and improper programming I went on the search for an expert that could literally rewire and reprogram the entire system It was not long before I discovered Off the Grid RV and Nick who took on the task of literally rebuilding the entire system Not only did they get everything working properly they made some great recommendations to enhance the new system by integrating the generator and factory coach monitoring systems All systems are now working flawlessly Nick is extremely competent and resourceful with these systems both big and small I highly recommend this wonderful company Tom Kruse
