No responsibility for delivery

As a wholesaler we place large orders via Echo from EBL and Grecell and have already purchased several thousand euros from this party There is currently a delivery where 2 power stations are missing and this has been going on for weeks We do not receive updates and they take no responsibility for their episodes Very unfortunate and not entirely confident in the business relationship

I just need a new A C power cord

I misplaced the power cords for the T1Pro 2200 and have been trying for 3 weeks just to get a new A C power cord to no avail and a poor ai responses 5 times now to a stupid simple request The T1 has horizontally oriented plugs as opposed to vertical like almost every other plug available No idea why they will not just send me the correct A C plug I even ordered the T1 Pro 2200 plug from their website and they sent me the vertically oriented wrong plug IDK
