Bumble Bee Necklace
Hi there I just wanted to send a message of appreciation for a necklace which was given to me as a gift in 2017 This is the bumble bee pendant necklace in gold I wear this necklace every single day and it is still in perfect condition I have tried to purchase other necklaces to wear with it even from expensive well known brands and have always had issues with their quality but my Olivia Burton one has stayed perfect I just wanted to email to show some admiration for this because it s proving hard to come by a brand as reputable as this Thank you

Lovely compact mirror received for
Lovely compact mirror received for Christmas as a gift Unfortunately the mirror snapped in two but Katie was quick to resolve this for me and has posted a new one Fingers crossed this will be better as it s a beautiful design with a good bee on the front of it

Customer services are wonderful
I was bought my first Olivia burton watch for christmas the bunny with crystal floating around the watch face It was and still is amazing Customer service was second to none and very quick to reply when I was not happy with my watch strap While it wasnt covered in my guarantee I was offered a 10 reduction in another strap I am now a proud owner of a better watch than I started with thanks to the wonderful help of customer services Thank you

All watches are absolutely beautiful
It was so hard for me to pick one watch as they have a very varied collection to choose from I had never had a watch from Olivia Burton before so I was wary about the quality but I m completely in love with it right now The black mesh and the dial look sleek and high-quality it s an absolute delight to look at Would buy another watch from there cause one is not enough and their designs are so impressive
