Extortionate charges for delivery and absolutely no customer service

Recently bought two bags for a bargain price of 20 each plus a nice 10 discount on behalf of my mother When they turned up they were far too big for a 75 year old lady though a good quality Mother asked for them to be returned and purchased another bag she is happy with However when sending my partner to send the bags back the postage charge was 16 25 I have sent countless emails to Ollie and Nic and on Facebook and two weeks later they have not sent us an email back as to why they are not refunding this extortionate charge We have got a refund for the money spent on the bags in the first place so it obvious the company as inadequate in providing a good customer service Extremely unprofessional

Was a fan of this company until recently Brought many items from them in the past Latest item received from them was indifferent to the online images and another item was damaged Requested for refund for one item and replacement for the other I paid to have the items returned as promised I will be refunded the postage cost Refund received for one item replacement item also damaged We decided to keep the damaged item anyway as I just cant be bothered to post back again Was told I would be automatically refunded for postage as soon as they receive the returned parcel After several emails I have had no replies Lost me as a customer for good

Poor quality purse not sustainable

Found an old purse which I ve had in my wardrobe for years I bought it in their Princes Street store in Glasgow about twenty years ago I believe So disappointed to see that it s crumbling apart For comparison I have other intact non-leather purses of the same age older from other brands and they were stored in the same place
