It s really disappointing that I ordered a wig for my daughter and after paying the full price fedex is now chasing me with dept collectors for an undisclosed shipping fee I have written to omgherhair to resolve this with no response

I ordered hair from this company and they did not send me the same hair that was advertised They don t send customers the same hair as the people that review for them online Never ordering from them again

Headband wig looked nothing like

Headband wig looked nothing like YouTube video that they used to promote it Hair was thin and missing in places Also if you want to return they take 30 off for restocking and freight Ridiculous They offered zero help when I sent pictures in showing them how thin it was and the patches Not to mention it had a funny smell

RIP OFF

I wasted over 800 on wigs from this company They are overpriced and charge extra fees for adding an elastic band and bleaching the knots When I received my wigs I attempted to attach the elastic band that the loopholes broke rendering the elastic band that I paid extra money for useless The bleached knots are a JOKE The hair at the roots that was supposed to be bleached was blotchy I paid extra money for that too And the wigs were supposed to be glueless but that s not accurate My wigs needed glue for the edges I will never purchase from this company ever again I would not recommend

The hair tangles really bad I bought two wigs The hair definitely not top notch will find another hair company The only thing was good about the company was fast delivery Disappointed

Do not buy from this company

The unit bore little resemblance to the website image but apart from a horrible smell looked ok Problems began when shampoo was applied No doubt it disolved the silicone it was coated with revealing the real hair which is of poor quality It s dry matted tangles horribly and still smells awful I would not recommend

I have recently ordered my 3rd wig from OMGherhair Prior to ordering my first wig I read many negative reviews but decided to take a chance I can honestly say that I love the quality of the hair and the customer service is excellent Cathy from OMGherhair provided excellent service She answered every question that I had and was very patient while I made my decision They even constructed a 360 lace front on an HD 13x 6 because I really liked the lace on the HD Yes it did cost more but it was not a wig that was offered as a 13 x 6 but they were willing to construct it for me I have nothing but great things to say about the company and the quality of hair I will continue to order from this because I don t have any complaints I don t usually write reviews but I wanted to give another opinion since there were so many bad reviews By the way one of my friends also ordered a wig and she absolutely loved it
