I received an item with stains on it and they will Not admit that it is on their fault The custumer support is Really bad and wont help me in any way Once and Never again

Honestly trash I orderd a pair Jordan s Back in 2022 march I m still waiting on my money since today They got the shoe the Shipping is id and stuff but no regret That s terrible

Ordered a pair of shoes received a nightmare experience

Ordered a pair of shoes was shipped the wrong item then I was ignored several times over when emailing support to have the wrong item returned They said they d provide a return label scheduled the pick up two days before they sent the label and even admitted to this in their email with the return label On top on this they ve made no mentions of the item I actually ordered and or whether they will be shipping it to me I got so desperate I called both store locations and they told me they could not do anything about online orders and to send an email to their info email Hands down the worst customer service experience I ve ever had online shopping I just want what I paid for and clear cut communication as to what s happening EDIT 11 21 2022 They replied to my emails with new pickup info for the wrongfully shopped item and still have not mentioned the product I ordered If I had not come back to check their response to my review I wouldn t know they would simply be refunding which I didn t want but the real reason they are doing that is they don t have what I intially ordered at all and refuse to admit to it or compensate the heavy amount of time not to mention money I ve spent with on them Never shop here they do not care for their customers at all and the 5 star reviews that are on here should be called into question Never experienced a shopping experience so bad in my life I literally felt compelled to review them due to the astonishing experience they have put me and apparently so many others through Don t be fooled by their passive aggressive replies buy from literally anywhere else

I ordered some sneakers online through this page and they did not arrive Shipping with Fedex cost me 10 When I told what happened to this company they did not return my money I m out of money and out of shoes Do not buy online in this store

Made a purchase and after 3 days they canceled the order saying that there was a stock error Still waiting to get a refund

Scam site

I ordered some Adidas shoes from here that ended up not fitting right I emailed them about a refund and they told me to fill out a refund form on their site The refund form was a dead end and wouldn t load past where I type in my sales order number I emailed them about this multiple times but they never give me a solution beyond fill out the request form They never even a addressed the fact that it wasn t working I d tell them that it was a dead end and their response would be fill out a request form as if I was talking to an automated machine or some thing They stalled until the 14 day return policy was up then they stopped messaging me I tried to dispute it over PayPal and they were claiming that I never emailed them even though I posted screenshots of all of their emails lol Clearly not their first time avoiding liability over a return DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

My order got lost by Fedex and I have written several emails to their customer service to help me and refund my order Nothing happend always the same email they refuse to send me a refund or help Scammed me and took my money Will never ever order anything of them

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Put an order on an item they accepted my payment and withdrew from my account almost immediately Then 12hrs later without any message or communication they cancelled my order I wrote them immediately after since this was in item l was particularly interested in no answer at all AVOID AT ALL COSTS This terrible Customer Experience is unacceptable in this day and age for the type of products they sell
