NEVER use this company my order had to be sent back by Royal Mail as half of my address was missing I have emailed about 20 time saying yes it s been delivered I said no it s delivered back to yo I have sent info from Royal Mail and they still are not refunding my money they have treated me disgustingly like a common thief I am still no further in getting my money back for a delivery I haven t received they are an absolute disgrace the way they treat people customer service is arrendous I keep tell the to read the info Royal Mail sent me to say that it s been delivered on 28th at their company they say we have a picture where delivered I said take a look at it and you will see it s with you Royal Mail was really helpful on the phone and explained why it would have to go back to the company as my address label was printed with half the address missing Save your money and buy off a different retailer as you will get nothing back or sorted with this company Mrs Gail Adamson 29 10 23

I bought a Teddy king size bottom

I bought a Teddy king size bottom sheet in Pink I took the plastic bag off and the first thing I saw was a lump of material and some mice or rat droppings When I opened the sheet fully there was a zagged hole in it clearly made by the animal who left the droppings Ugh I threw it on the floor and finally forced myself to roll it up quickly and put it in the shed before I decide what to do

I ordered and payed for a Spider-Man foam web slinger from onlineshop co uk on 18 03 22 I have still not received the item or had any email with expected delivery times or which company would be delivering it I have e-mailed the company a week ago to ask for some sort of delivery date estimation and to confirm they had received my order I have had no reply not even a confirmation that they have received the email don t order from them I feel that the reviews may be fake and the shop is a scam when I search for the toy now nothing comes up
