Onwards home I keep stressing to them that repairs i can not take time off work and to arrange for Friday afternoons this is constantly ignored I had a leak from the boiler recently I phoned it in they sent their guys kieth and Charlie who fixed the leak but it needed a further part so it was an open repair only to get an email to say they are coming to do a gas service check I phoned to say how can they do a service if the boiler isn t fully fixed so took an hour and a half on the phone to rearrange kieth and Charlie came today to fix said boiler brilliant guys and off they went they got 2 mins down the road to only get sent back to do the gas service check this is poor planning on onwards homes twice on the phone to report other issues I ve had to repair things myself in the past like the shoddy pipe work under the bath that leaked everywhere because it wasn t deemed a priority I m no plumber but a trip to screwfix and the problem was sorted they put up my rent expect tenants to keep the houses in order I keep my side of the bargain but can t get the help needed from onward at my inconvenience I work full time I pay my rent in fact I m ahead don t know what more I can do customer services don t seem to communicate with each other
