Run away as fast as you can from OPTAMA

I am writing about my experience with OPTAMA a company that is supposed to install a Hybrid Air Source Heat Pump Solar and Battery System A big warning to anyone considering dealing with OPTAMA My best advice to you is not even to think about choosing OPTAMA and run as fast as you can from this company and the people working there They will make numerous promises assuring you they will deliver the best work imaginable However in reality their final work is not even 1 close to all the initial empty promises they made They will waste your time and money ultimately failing to deliver what was initially promised Dealing with OPTAMA was the worst decision I have ever made in my entire life

Solar Panels Battery Installation

Optama has done a great job in installing solar panels and battery system Starting with Andy Who did the survey and explained the entire installation process Then the installation team who arrived on the promised day and completed all the work in good standard Finally office staff Cheryl who helped me with all the post installation documents paperwork certificates warranty docs Overall I am very happy with their service I hope they continue to provide the same level of customer service throughout the warranty period which is were majority of company fails to do

Solar Panels

Solar Panels I first contacted Optama in February 2023 regarding installation of solar panels the team at Optama were very efficient from first point of contact through to installation and after sales queries I had The panels look great and I paid an additional cost for bird skirting which gives a really nice finish I would definitely recommend adding the bird skirting on to your quote I would not hesitate to use this company and have recommended their services to other friends and family
