I have been looking for a specific Liberty frame that I chose from my former optometrist ten years ago My current doctor at Kaiser said they don t offer them so I went directly to Optics Outfitter the company who made them The first time I didn t have much luck but this time I had the fortune of working with Ronnel who was amazing He emailed me called me twice and found the exact same frame that I LOVED He was kind patient and just plain awesome and knew exactly what to ask me so that I was able to order exactly what I wanted I am so excited to receive them in a week or so Thank you so very much
