This company stands behind its products and promises

This is one of the most professional friendly quality companies I have ever dealt with They promised when I first spoke to them and expressed concerns about trying to order prescription glasses on line that if there were any problems and I was not happy they would take the glasses back and refund 100 of my money Unfortunately that is exactly what happened with both my regular glasses and prescription sunglasses and they did exactly what they said they would do They took back the glasses and refunded 100 of my money I had an unusual set of issues with my eyes that was part of the problem and I would not hesitate one iota in recommending anyone use SportRX for their glasses Great company and products

I have bought from SportRX on a couple of different occasions I had never had a problem in the past This time I had a problem not because of them my glasses RX was filled correctly My doctor transposed the RX After a 2nd doctor visit I contacted Sport RX and explained my issue They gladly offered to remake 2 pairs of glasses at no charge even though the error was not their fault That is customer service

Awesome customer service to get me to the right solution

I ordered Smith I O goggles with prescription insert The team was super helpful but when the goggles arrived they were not right Lots of internal reflection between the insert and the goggle lens I sent them back and they worked tirelessly to get it right switched goggles changed the inserts and had them rushed back to me in time for a big trip They stood by their product and did right by the customer - 100 Very few in store let alone online experiences have customer service this good

The experience I ve had with SportRX after multiple orders has been absolutely incredible I will be only using them for prescription glasses and sunglasses moving forward I ve tried getting prescription lenses done at Costco Lenscrafters Europtics you name it and they have consistently provided either poor product delivery quality or worse yet - customer service SportRX on the other hand consistently has the best products quality of lenses delivery timing and some of the absolute BEST customer support of ANY brand not just lens makers The refund process is simple and easy the customer support is lightning fast and the product quality at the end of the day is unbeatable I HIGHLY recommend using SportRX
