Great lenses and fantastic prices for frames

Was initially sceptical of buying a pair of oakley glasses as they were suspiciously so much cheaper than RRP However needn t be concerned Frames with prescription lenses were ordered on Friday and shipped on Tuesday Arrived 2 days later well packaged and have absolutely no complaints Lenses are well made they are clear and there is no distortion across the lens Very pleased and will use this company again for my next glasses

Great customer service and value Specs would have arrived very quickly had I rentr es my address correctly As I had made a mistake they were returned to the sender but their customer service sent them back out to me with the correct address the same day Ideal for me as I d been using an old prescription for a week while the new ones were made Very happy with the price too

Would totally recommend this company We ordered some prescription designer glasses recently and they contacted me to tell me I didn t need to spend so much on an expensive lens I d chosen They refunded the difference in price and the glasses are perfect Don t know many companies would do that

I ordered reading and distance glasses from the Optic Shop I made a mistake whilst filling out my prescription The Optic Shop brought this to my attention by emailing and asking me to upload my prescription in order to process my order I didn t see the email and I was wondering why my order hadn t arrived after a week had passed I sent an email outlining my dissatisfaction I realised it was my oversight when the Optic Shop sent another email advising me that they were still waiting to process my order they d also tried to phone me Once they received the prescription my order was processed that day and dispatched I received my glasses two days later and was extremely happy with my purchase I would definitely recommend and order from here again Thank you so much The Optic Shop

Brilliant price and service I had never ordered glasses online before and made a mistake the lady was amazing so helpful I sent her my prescription and she sorted the problem out in no time at all and told me how to leave parts blank etc I would highly recommend ordering from The Optic Shop brilliant customer service they go above and beyond and they have gorgeous glasses too
