This is an update of a previous review Last week we were explicitly told that service would resume October 3rd This was a guaranteed by an agent at the Orange Boutique in Quimper We have not had internet telephone nor TV service here in Brittany since July We have just been informed that service will now be restored October27th The date for the reconnection of services has changed constantly since the interruption commenced in July The incompetence of this corporation is just amazing

OMG discussing
OMG I just called Orange to report a technical problem with my line I m with sfr for my fix but they have told me it s a problem with Orange for repairing the line The very ignorant woman would not listen to my actual problem told me to contact SFR I told her they ve said the problem is with orange She hung up Terrible service would not listen just kept talking over me Disgusting human contact

Burn in hell Orange support
Dont Just don t They are expensive ok BUT the support Hell is wiiiiide open and all the support members are send from the devil The quality of evilness makes a grown man cry EN Hotline - hotlines itself hangs up again and again of course after you waited 30 min or more so if you might have a lucky day you get through- if you get through pray they really speak EN and if they easily hang up with the words I dont like your tone I am not your assistant you name it - back to hotline- one member laughed at me when he heard that I am German with the words Ohooooo ich verstehe in Germany it is completely normal that when your contract runs out they can give you some new discounts so you stay customer so I asked to optimize my contract this lovely employee laughed and repeated the word discount ahahaha discount hahaha a better offer hahaha - hang up - I know it sounds like I would be mean but no as I had this experience VARIOUS times with orange I am prepared guys I am I am friendly I know what I need everything No f chance Oh and if you wanna complain oh hell no lol no way You can talk to a mental Chatbot that understands NOOOOOOTHING don t even think about English They all shall burn in hell Give me alternatives I am soooo done with them

I wish I could take away stars rather
I wish I could take away stars rather than give even 1 Customer service is abysmal these guys don t know what they re doing - it took Orange over 5 months to process a contract cancellation during which time they continued to send their monthly bill and demand payment by way of very threatening letters you speak to one person they tell you one thing you speak to another you get another story And nothing positive never happens Beyond pathetic totally useless

We are here in rural France in a small
We are here in rural France in a small village called Treogat We have not had internet television nor telephone service for the last 5 weeks because of an outage with Orange There is absolutely no explanation of the outage from Orange we get the usual French not my fault BS The date to get this fixed changes weekly Like most villages a majority of the residents here are elderly Unless they have cel phones they are cut off and unable to contact anyone in the event of an emergency Worst service ever

I bought Orange Holiday World sim from them and it simply won t connect to the internet on Iphone 11 IOS 16 I payed 45 plus express delivery and it s all wasted the only support I got from both them and the reseller was some link to some posts I d found before contacting them with some APN settings which are not available on my phone under orange carrier Then when you tell them that s not applicable they all go idle

Orange has let us down again
Orange has let us down again This time they went to our neighbours to install new internet and damaged our line in the process Numerous calls to call them back to rectify THEIR mistake have so far proved fruitless The incompetence and total lack of interest in their PAYING customers is breathtaking As soon I get my internet restored I will be changing providers Currently I have no internet ony 4g so cannot research others If you are thinking of signing up to Orange save yourself lots of trouble and go elsewhere The company is rotten through and through

Don t lose your receipt if you post equipment to Orange They may lose the equipment and fine you
The Orange shop at Coudoulet was more than happy to sell me 1300 euros of phones but less than happy to provide customer care Along with my purchase I eceived a new model of a Livebox and understood that I had to return the old one - which I did Three weeks later Orange sent me an email threatening me with a penalty of 100 euros if I didn t return the old model I asked the staff at Coudoulet to resolve this error on my behalf and showed them my proof that I had indeed retrned the equipent They were either unable or unwilling to resolve the issue for me but instead redirected me to the Orange web site I expected better It s called customer service
