Not very hands onn
After storm ciaran orange fibre line has broken Lady at help desk not very friendly two times visit of two friendly mecaniciens but they where for the interior problems not for the principal network How should I know

Orange fr
Would give less than one star if possible The Internet has been down for more than 5 months They have made no attempt to repair Tried to cancel and get my money back and they have refused and then cut me off after being on hold 40 minutes Switched to starling Still poor customer service but at least the product works Avoid orange at all costs and save yourself time and money I will be taking them to court to get my money back

Just the worst company It s a state monopoly that has no intention of providing a good service and in my case no service If you want the internet it would be easyer to move to somewhere else in europe IMO Juste la pire entreprise C est un monopole d tat qui n a pas l intention de fournir un bon service et dans mon cas aucun service Si vous voulez Internet il serait plus facile de d m nager ailleurs en Europe OMI

I have been with Orange since 2007
I have been with Orange since 2007 I had over 350 internet interruptions in Dec 23 Told needed new livebox which worked 4 hours on 2 January 24 and have had no internet or telephone since I have now been given 14 dates when this problem was supposed to be fixed Absolutely disgusted with Orange Sorry for the Helpline girls who are fed these lies by the technicians to pass on to customers

Years of bad service rude unhelpful assistants unexpected price changes hours of queuing at the orange shop simply the worst place to go for your needs where there is a need there is insatiable intolerable premeditated greed

Regularisation faite suite un impayer
Suite a un impaye qui a etait regularise pour resialition non paye car j ai acheter un telephone au contant au debut j ai vais un forfait a 49 e et du jour au lendemain mon forfait a passe a 89 e par mois d ou l impaye des frais de resiliation De fait je ne peut ouvrire une ligne chez sosh car il me demande une cotion de 400e qui bien sur qu il encaise par la suite et qui vous la rend au bout d un ans donc attention car orange se son des voleurs Il son une politique en bois service client incompetent qui nous prenne pour des lapins de 6 semaine

Orange and Constructel
Orange are using a company called Constructel to connect fibre to properties in 73 This company failed to turn up for the first rdv the second he was here 10 mins and said he could not find the line so left Absolutely deplorable The query is outside of our property not in our garden and they still want us to pay for an outside company to search for the problem We have tirelessly requested another rdv with orange but get shoved to the back of the queue Constructel are beyond bad They have no patience just dump a job when it becomes tricky and reflects terribly on Orange Shame on both companies
