I received threats from this telecom company saying that my data will be sold to collectors and my info will be included into list of untrusted debtors This is crazy They treat the payment for telecom as debt They also charged interest one month after I paid what they want NEVER EVER DO ANYTHING WITH THEM - IT S A SCAMER COMPANY

I don t recommend it they steal money from your balance technical support cannot give an explanation each operator has his own nonsense

Orange is a scam

I have a terrible experience from Orange I reported that my internet is slow The technician sent me new router and I did not request a new one Secondly they asked me to return the old one I returned it using the same method they prescribed Now they are telling me that I did not return it and I must pay PLN300 I queried the matter and no one is able to assist I am now receiving messages that they will send the matter to debt collectors

To transfer the number from another operator to orange it s a PAIN you don t wanna EVER experience The circle of incompetence and stupidity I signed a contract and already a few times tried to transfer my number - but no Still not happened and in fact I m paying TWO bills coz incompetent orange charges me for sth they haven t completed and are CLEARLY UNABLE to make happen Always sth It s a pain and honestly I REGRET I accepted their proposal NEVER EVER

Horrendous service truly sick and unprofessional Aftre two weeks of Orange failing to confirm the booking I had to cancel Extremely poor and backward business model where they are not even able to send emails to coonfirm orders Truly sick They repeatedly pretended they cannnot raise a complaint either

You cannnot call anyone at helpdesk The welcoming message is extremly long and there is no option to cancel The automatic assistant couldn t help me but kept on disconnecting my call I was left with no help at all to my inquiry Very bad customer service I hope to change my phone provider soon
