Not even worth one star I just agree to the many reviewers that are disgusted with these shoes and service Terrible plastic feel and look shoes very small for size 5 impossible to get on no width No returns slip I was going to send them back to the address on the Royal Mail delivery label but read the reviewer who did that and as they had no results of money back I just accept that I ve lost money and wasted time and caused more pollution in the world

This company are robbers in disguise do not even purchase a shoe lace from them They send what they want not what you order then when you try to get a refund they offer a 30 discount or you pay for their return to China Read the t c s as they state you are responsible for the return costs even if they send the wrong item

This company is a SCAM I never received my goods All communication was with a fake front customer officer that sent automated responses I have lost my 99 I paid for a Vibrastone massage 3 weeks ago I strongly warn anyone to not use this company

Appalling company DO NOT USE I purchased trainers for my elderly mother The quality was very poor They did not fit and had no grip just a slippery plastic sole Return policy is ridiculous - the goods have to be returned to China at huge expense 30 refund offered with no return of goodsStay well clear unless absolutely sure

Professional crocks

Don t buy from them at all They send you faulty products and then they ask you to return it to China to get a refund The cost of returning the item is almost the cost of the product The alternative you keep the faulty and they give 1 3rd of the value This is what I call legal cheating Don t buy from Orthoback I suggest that they are professional thieves

DO NOT BUY THESE TRAINERS I wish I had read these reviews and not the ones on their site I tried to return mine and was offered money to keep them but I still wanted to return Was told I couldn t return to the address on the shoes as I wouldn t get my refund I had to return to Germany and I would lose 9 I asked where in the terms conditions does it say return to Germany but never got an answer I ended up keeping the rubbish shoes as it wasn t worth the hassle What a joke of a company

Failed promise

Having returned the sandals on July 9th with the promise of 30 refund I have received nothing so far despite two promises that the refund is proceeding I think their advertising of free returns looks very much like fraud seeing that you have to send them to China at great expense I would advise anyone to avoid this company

Received wrong item and you have to send back to China at your own expense
