Faults and delays
Ordered a jacuzzi hot tub and gazebo in September 2020 for delivery in December 1 week before delivery I was advised they could no longer offer the gazebo and the hot tub would be delayed well into the new year One alternative was offered to me which was to buy a more expensive jacuzzi from stock and sort out my own gazebo Reluctantly we paid the additional money for the jacuzzi and arranged an alternative company to come and build the gazebo Immediately there were faults with the jacuzzi including 1 jet not working squealing sound when the jets are on full damaged cover We notified Outdoorlivinghottubs immediately who agreed to replace the hot tub It is now over 5 months later from when the replacement was agreed and the delivery has just been extended another month There is obviously something wrong with the procurement chain and customer service which needs to be resolved if the company want to satisfy their customers Given the very expensive price of Jacuzzi 12k I really do expect more

I had a voucher for 50 due to me buying a air source pump The gentleman who served me kept telling me no it will be 10 I purchased what I needed which came to a biggish bill for me this gentleman still would not believe me until I showed him the code He then said he had not heard of this but put the code in for me to have the 50 off He then walked me to the door and opened it for me there was another couple in the store he was speaking to them he did not even say bye to me I will never shop there again

We have been waiting since November for parts to come from Canada Every time we have contacted the aftercare team we are fobbed reassured that they know of the case and that the parts are in transit However nothing has ever materialised or appears to be done

The pump I received was a different brand from the one shown on the web site I ve written to Outdoor living to check that the pump they sent is fully compatible interchangeable with the one I am replacing and don t have a reply yet

Had problems with rust on the fittings
Had problems with rust on the fittings in the pool Raised the issue nearly 2 years ago and after lots of emails photos etc new parts were fitted in August this year However within 2 days rust again appeared and now waiting for this to be resolved and the fittings to be resealed

Look Elsewhere for Service Spares
This company used to be fantastic however poor since takeover I had to chase the Sales team many times to book in a Hot Tub service with the company blaming the lack of response on the implementation of a new CRM system I was meant to receive a new cover for my tub at the same time as my service only to be told that it wasn t available the day before my appointment I have been chasing this cover for the last six weeks or so and the company are not responsive at all I will spend my 300 with another company First world problems but shouldn t be expected from a retailer of such a premium item

Ordered online where it showed stock and paid for it expected delivery date didn t happen - a week later told no stock whenI asked why it showed stock online I was told we leave it like that because we usually have it - went back online and even after the call still showing stock online never answer the phone on the service side of the business - told short staffed - poor service all round and wont ever use again

Slow with returns and credits - still waiting
Great products and quick delivery but if you order the wrong product like I did then expect a lengthy process I spoke to them three times about my return chasing them all the way Seems a long winded process which I have never come across and with more and more people doing online shopping returns have become so easy - not with these guys Still no refund and has been 5 days now I assume another phone call this week will have to happen My advice - make sure you order the correct products
