If I could give them less then ONE star I would They run and ad that is for Energizer Solar Recharge batteries AA the ad says 18 95 15 16 with the code When you follow the ad to their site and try to check out there is no place for a code I tried chatting with ROBERT I tried calling and spoke to EDWIN Probably not their real names I was told the code was not for batteries The AD ONLY HAS this battery in it Then I was told the ad is from black friday which it is not Nothing on it says black friday I asked if they were based in the US and I was told yes I told them there are truth in advertising laws here in the US that they clearly breaking and he hung up I will be following through and filing a formal complaint

The lanterns I ordered were shipped by Amazon The Solar Outlet site ordered them from Amazon had them shipped to my address and charged me 25 above the amazon price I should have done my research on this website

I d do 0 stars if I could Was excited to have light in my driveway after I had a fall hoping after paying 70 dollars they would work welll That wasn t the case they were horrible Didn t even light up at all I called and the guy was like well you bought the cheapest version we have more expensive set Then they agreee to return but no return label was given so I d have to pay 42 dollars to ship back So dumb So no was your money or time on this product

DO NOT BUY from Outdoor Solar Outlet I ordered to 2 sets of Restoration

I ordered to 2 sets of Restoration Hardware Solar Lights When I opened the box I could tell that the batteries had leaked into the battery compartment The Batteries were dated 2013 and were all rusted and leaking I then went online and started a chat with Edwin who told me after 4x sending a chat that I had to send an email to customer service I then sent an email to customer service and surprise Edwin was the one who responded It took me 4 requests to finally get them to tell me that I could return them at my own expense and they would refund me once received THIS TRULY IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND SOMEONE SHOULD PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS Their game is to ignore then respond with questions that you already answered and then once you DEMAND to return multiple times they then respond THANK GOODNESS I USED MY AMEX SO I DISPUTED THE CHARGE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM There is a reason the products are so cheap They are obviously damaged and they buy distressed products

zero quality zero customer service

The lights they sell are inferior and or defective and they refuse to stand behind them Their answer to complaints is that at such a good price you shouldn t expect any quality And they are right you will not get anything of quality

Just to update my last review

When I contacted one of the manufacturers of lighting I purchased to see if performance could be improved they said WE HAVE NO RELATIONSHIP WITH THAT BUSINESS They surmised that the vendor buys old stock with degraded batteries and sells them as new stock Not only that the site lists the product for 99 discounted to 79 but the authorized dealers Costco sell them for 49 Pretty clear to me and all the negative reviewers I have seen but sadly didn t look at before I purchased the product that this vendor is a fraud A scam Toxic and a place to avoid Or you can just buy from them and write a review like this one later

Extremely low light output not worth the money

I was very disappointed in these solar lights I charged them for several days in bright sunny weather but they were extremely dim The description of this product says they are 60 lumen I doubt if mine are any brighter than 5 lumen I sent two emails to the company to try to get some support and never got any responses
