Problems with second order on numerous occasions Have to date not received the 2 lubricants I paid for Only one was delivered

My order took forever and I had to constantly call to follow up I had to cancel clients because I had run out of gel Not a good experience at all

This company severely lacks communication skills I have to keep prompting them to get an answer I placed an order with them and did an immediate EFT through my bank When I called them the next day they knew nothing about the order although it reflected on their website under my account I was told they would call me back No one called I subsequently made a follow up call and the person who answered told me she is looking at my order and will check if their supplier has stock and will get back to me As expected no one got back to me I made another call 3 days after placing the order and was told I will receive the order the following week I very much doubt this will happen Why do I have to keep prompting them They don t call or email - no communication at all Update I don t know whether it was the 1 star review or my phone calls but all of a sudden I began getting regular emailed updates with regards to my order Eventually I did get my order delivered in good condition So I m updating my rating from 1 to 3 stars I hope they keep it up Will check and review if and when I do order again

One of the worst experiences I ve ever had from delivery taking longer than stipulated time from to lack of communication to my business proceedings being affected Really disappointed with Oxyaider

We only received some items we still have not received our spirometer paid on the 7th of March And the agent Aaliyah is not responding to our emails

Waiting for my order since 3 weeks and no communication from them Very long waiting time for a little small order Will never order again and never recommend to anyone

Description of product order doesn t match what is delivered No response to email to query

They sound extremely clueless They have very bad telephone lines only interested in taking their lunch break They dont know whether they have stock Glad i dont own this company

It took you more than 3 weeks to deliver an incorrectly advertised item for which I have not yet been refunded

My delivery took weeks to arrive and kept on being delayed I received no notification from the company and had to keep contacting them There were also items advertised on their site which are not in stock
