Poor communication and feedback

I looked at website wanted to order abdominal swabs I could not find number of swabs per unit and emailed them and Zanele answered very confidently on the amount of swabs and I then went ahead and ordered online The next day I got an email from Zanele that unfortunatelly the item is out of stock and I must supply them with my bank details I emailed it back to them very dissapointed that she helped me with number of units but not mentioning that they do not have stock Since then 6 days later no response from them I also called and used the whatsapp number and no reply VERY DISSAPOINTED and scared I am not going to get my money back

No delivery of feeding tubes

Poor communication and feedback I was not made aware with my order that the product was out of stock Only found out after about a month after contacting them more than once and they failed to stick to the delivery date Decided to keep my order as I was promised to receive it within the first week of October When the time came my order did not arrive resulting in me follow-up numerous times again and only receiving it about 3-4 weeks later They do not provide feedback on the progress of your order as promised

To date I m still waiting for my 8 size 18 feeding tubes what are you not indicating on your system during ordering phase if an item is out of stock This is a long wait I ve marked down as non compliant on assessment because I don t have this item

I have been trying to get ahold of someone from oxyaider for more than a week now I have tried calling emailing and sending messages on WhatsApp I can t seem to get assistance I have only recieved just one message on WhatsApp but was not assist Is this company even active

The order was not delivered on time There was no valid explanation I was promised that one senior person from the company would call me That didn t happen It s unacceptable
