I placed my order on the 19th of July and received my order on the 18th of September They don t respond to emails I had to phone them to remind them about my order

First of all my order was wrong No update from oxyaider was given on my order My order was sitting in their box and kept on saying order is on hold with no reason for why it is on hold I had to contact them to find out what is happening Only to noticed that the order was captured wrong from their side and was informed that they are waiting for stock They did apologise for the incorrect order details but this placed me in a very bad situation with services that needed to be rendered on a specific day The order was placed in advanced to accommodate the delivery dates and my event that was planned I could not render the desired services to my clients due to stock not arrived in time This was my first time ordering from them I will order again and give them the benefit of the doubt as I did get an apology from the person who was capturing it

Good selection and pricing No communication after payment Product arrived in my office unannounced 1 week after payment

We eventually received the correct order The first time they sent the wrong order

Service was excellent Unfortunately there was a delay in my delivery do to a supplier not having stock and this was not communicated until I queried

I need something for TENS machine These might work better if I put them closer together

The item ordered not delivered 10 days after paying for it However when I enquired about its whereabouts response was swift delivery took place later that day- credit to individual fielding queries and to Courier Guy who did the delivery

I think the product is good but the communication poor I had to do the follow ups and the various telephone numbers give rise for concern However I managed to get hold of a sales lady via calling the whatsapp line and she made it happen Their admin is their weakest link

Once a legitimate medical supply company now a total and I had purchased successfully from Oxyraider at the beginning of this year and thus returned as a customer 2 weeks ago I made payment via their site and received a confirmation email of my order but since then nothing I called all numbers listed but they are all disconnected I sent them a whatsapp message on their advertised whatsapp line - they read the message and did not reply I tried calling that number only to have the call declined I sent an email to the advertised support address but have not received any feedback The business clearly has been discontinued yet they continue to take payment via their site This is a pure - stay away UPDATE 08 OCTOBER 2024 I was contacted by a representative of the company 2 weeks after this posting and an explanation was given regarding the complete lack of communication and failure to reply to the many attempts I was then assured all was in order and stock would soon arrive and my item shipped Today I received the items I ordered A month after ordering it While still annoyed at the treatment the company did eventually deliver and thus I am updating my rating Thank you for contacting me and for delivering on the deal
