Placed order on the 22nd December

Placed order on the 22nd December had no communication with regards to delivery I had to contact them today 2nd Jan and was told they had been let down twice by their driver and it will be delivered on the 3rd Jan It would have been nice to have a courtesy email and be updated Paid 9 99 shipping as well

Very poor quality cardboard box shapes badly cut and not fitting together correctly when made-up Needed the use of parcel tape to withstand sending in the post

Still haven t received them Not your direct fault but you chose to use DHL They have been out for delivery three days in succession and have been returned to the depot each night as they did not as far on the round as us Meanwhile I have no envelopes

Although the Company s description of the product was good and is good I felt let down by their promise of next day delivery that I had paid for I ordered on the Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday afternoon So I think they need to consider who they do business with for delivery
