My first order with packaging now After a week it still hadn t arrived However after a phone call the replacement has just arrived next day by courier I ll be using them again I m sure

Great service from ordering to delivery However after I ordered I immediately realised I had made a mistake and emailed customer services to cancel the order The email was ignored and the order still arrived and I have not heard anything As it was such small order 15 approx I couldn t be bothered to chase it up

Good product badly packed

I read the delivery times carefully but even by those stated the paper was a long time being delivered A large amount for the money and certainly fit for purpose but inadequately packed One sheet of brown paper round and a couple of slippery plastic bands Even the delivery man apologized

The package arrived on the Monday instead of the Saturday I had paid 9 99 for Consequently I had to go out and buy some I wasn t made aware the package was with a neighbour for 2 weeks until I questioned where my parcel was No note had been put through the door to tell me it had been left with a neighbour I looked all round possible places it could be put outside to no avail Box arrived squashed and some of the packets misshaped Otherwise a lovely product Shame about the delivery disappointment Veronica

No problem with the product but the delivery service was poor as they said they attempted delivery three times but never left a card

I ve had an issue with my order and I emailed them about it but have had no response It s been over a month now so hence the 3 stars given

Having order 550 boxes

Having order 550 boxes they arrived un-packaged and un-bundled They were loose in the couriers van and some were also delivered wet I understand this is likely to be couriers fault but it was disappointing and some will not be usable

Shipping has literally doubled in price since I last ordered taking away any savings I make by buying in bulk Will be sourcing from elsewhere Delivery was fast and products are good quality though
