Just Dispute the Charge - It isn t worth the customer support effort

I have bought software from 3 different companies that use paddle net and the annual auto renewal goes like this 1 software company gives you a warning email saying they are going to charge your card in a week for an auto-renewal 2 You respond and say to cancel They respond with we don t handle subscriptions talk to the paddle bot You talk to the bot and it says I don t handle cancelations You need to talk to software company Would you like me to send an email to them for you 3 You never hear back and your card gets charged a day early they are European I m going to do a chargeback this time I m sick of this scam

I just noticed today this Company called Paddle net aka SOOUYA C01 Has been Automatically Withdrawing 39 99 from my Chase Acct since February 2022 Totaling 439 89 for 11 months I called Reported the Fraudulent Activity to Chase Bank Customer Service They started the Fraudulent Claim Paperwork Cancelled my Debit Card Immediately Said I will get a Complete Refund in 1-2 Business Days in the amount of 439 89 They will be mailing out all Paperwork regarding my Fraudulent Claim as well as a New Chase Bank Card w in 2-3 Business Day s I m posting this Review to Warn People to Check they re Bank Acct Periodically to avoid this happening to them Pass this info to everybody you know so this Company can Be Shut Down Be held accountable to the fullest extent of the Law

VERY SNAKY company who theft your money and using yours cards details for taking money of from bank acc without any notification Only one step needed just purchase some who use paddle net and wow you now on a great MILKING MACHINE That not PADDLE NET this is BANK CARDS GANGBANG NET

It s a scam Cancel your card as soon as you see a paddle net unauthorized charge in your bank account I contacted paddle net for a reimbursement of 29 33 which I didn t pay and they kept saying they cannot locate the transaction while asking for more information about other possible email the last 4 card digits etc Now twelve days after I saw that almost 420 are taken from my account Don t waste time with paddle net They aren t reliable

In January of 22 I tried contacting a reputable Phoenix Arizona BtoB office to lodge a complaint the only way was to register for less than 13 bucks in order to file the complaint Paddle net was the company processing payment and little did I know they would then add on a monthly subscription I wasn t aware of For a full year they withdrew 33 per month for the use of absolutely nothing I cannot get that money back and the entire 2022 year for my business was awful I lost so much that additional 33 dollars 12 X was another blow to my company

Scam I ve never signed up for any of the associated companies with Paddle Net and never even heard of the names below If you are unsure who they are check this website I found with a list of top companies Look at starterstory com - paddleI only noticed the 2nd payment that s gone out of my account today I had to call the bank and they ve suggested I instantly cancel my card and send a new one I m so annoyed with the inconvenience of resetting all my debit orders subscriptions Based on the research I ve done I can see this is happening frequently and people across the world Be cautious

UTTER SCAMMERS

UTTER SCAMMERS I noticed on my bank app that a 40 payment was pending I did not recognise PADDLE NET NAXA whoever they are It was unauthorised and without my knowledge I knew I had not used my debit card online or elsewhere for quite a few days Reported it immediately to my bank and within 2 hours I got my money back plus the card stopped and it has been reported to the police as fraudulent I am left wondering how in heck they got my card details I also checked on paddle website as said previously they ask for your email and the last four digits of the card of course they cannot find the transaction how starnge is that

They have made two charges on my account for 15 and 12 without me having had any relationship with Paddle net nor having approved any charge for any reason This is a Scam
