Same as others Ordered in April and still no package Tracking is not available and no response

Am very sorry to write this review but people need to know paintbynumbers shop are not honourable They advertise Free worldwide shipping but when you try to make an international purchase suddenly a 15 shipping fee appears that s an additional 37 5 to the original price Communication with support is difficult The lady there tends to answer only if you email her twice The reply if you re lucky enough to get one is along the lines of we have shipping costs so we re charging buyers despite knowing our website says it should be free Requests to honour pricing on site are either not answered or answered with waiting instructions from management instructions that never arrive of course Can t comment on the product itself as I never proceeded to buying it due to the above but it you check reviews on trustpilot 60 gave them 1 star calling them a scam and a fraud then you could see that actually I probably got lucky by not ordering from them lol Suggestion false advertisement should not be encouraged over 200 people gave them 1 star on trustpilot AVOID

Ordered Christmas present on 30th November and still not arrived Customer service say it s on its way but won t give an exact date Will now have to get a replacement gift for the person and request a refund

AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS I would rate a zero if I could Never received items and had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back Went through weeks of automated emails and fake tracking numbers Disgusting people

I placed a order on April 2 I had 3 emails from them saying because of covid19 everything is delayed but are working on my order We are now May 27 and they are no longer answering my emails my account no longer exists I am very disappointed Paid over 75

I ve been waiting for well over a month for my three kits from this New York based shop They don t respond to my emails They send me endless solicitations to buy more I ll never order from them again I may need to file a formal complaint with my credit card company soon Grrrrr

I am into the third month of waiting for my order I have e mailed a number of times and get the same robot reply I am so glad I paid through PayPal I shall be able to reclaim the money spent hopefully due to no correspondence and no order THIS IS A SCAM Do not order from this Company

I ordered and they charged me for it I kept checking the tracking and on the day it was supposed to be there said could not deliver I ve been trying to get a hold of them I ve emailed them several times through the website through the confirmation through the email I even tried to contact them on Instagram and no one has gotten back to me It has been a month I don t have my kit and they took the money I am very unsatisfied I am very unsatisfied

Total scam Ordered on April 5 2020 3 weeks later I got an email saying my order had shipped gave me a shipment number and link to a website to track it The website if legit always said the shipment number could not be found Now on May 23 2020 still no order two emails I have sent have been answered by bots AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Just awful I made my purchase The tracking site they use has no information on my purchase I ve emailed several times with no response just an automated computer-generated message Awful place to do business with They got my money I can t get a response let alone the product I payed for Got a reply it was delivered to a safe place It was NOT delivered to me Never after many emails did their so called human reply to my emails And no delivery This is just awful Where is this so called safe place It s certainly not at the address it was supposed to be delivered to And get free to reach out to you Who I can t even track with your company or your logistics company What scam I did get a full refund thank you Vanessa But nothing for a Christmas gift The so called safe spot it was delivered to was in Australia I live in the UsA
