This company is the real deal Wonderful designs great paints very intricate paint by numbers that are nothing like the simple things I did as a child I had ordered from a similar company and blamed these guys for the bad service They set me straight and I m so happy they did Don t be fooled by cheap imitators I will always buy from paintbynumbers shop

Ordered during COVID-19

Ordered during COVID-19 I must say that I was skeptical after not receiving my order after a couple of months I understand now since many were not working places closed etc not only that but I ordered a custom kit that was made from a photograph I sent and those take much longer to produce not to mention this came from China I am pleased with this kit and all the instructions paints etc can t wait to get started

I really love this company The kits come on time and contain everything needed They all have a large reference page and a large color picture of the finished painting I have ordered quite a few from them and I love the Buy 3 get one free special Colors are always vibrant always plenty of paint and the kit even includes varnish a level and hardware for hanging By far the BEST kits I have purchased I have already recommended this company to friends There are MANY fake companies out there so I am SO glad to have found this one

Great Customer Service Great Product

My granddaughter showed me these paintings as something she would really like to receive for Christmas this year She is an aspiring artist and was really excited about some of the paintings available I found a coupon when I was ordering but had some difficulty applying it so I sent an email I had a response within a few hours and my issue was resolved Recognizing the issues with shipping this year due to COVID and weather it took a while for my items to arrive I sent an email inquiring and again I had a rapid response helping me track and apologizing though they had been shipped within a day of ordering them My items did arrive in time for Christmas My granddaughter was SO excited when she opened them She loves them and has already spent hours working on her first one IMG 6639 JPG

The Lovely Gift was indeed a lovely gift from my daughter For my first attempt at a paint by numbers I could not be more delighted with the final product I would recommend this company as the size paints and quality of the materials were perfect Such was my delight with the product that I sought another project unfortunately the design I wanted was not here as I wanted a three panel design How truly disappointed I was The final product looked abstract rather than the way it was portrayed on their website Thus I will be staying clear from that company My other delight with this project was that I was able to buy an off the shelf frame which my painting fitted into exactly Thank you Paintbynumbers shop for the professional way you have presented your product

I was having a problem with delivery and they were extremely prompt responding to me In the end the delivery was made on time and it was the fault of my apartment complex for not letting me know the packages had arrived They were extremely responsive and helpful I would definitely recommend using this company if you want to enjoy some adult paint by numbers
