Arrived super quick in the mail the canvas is a great quality as are the brushes not the standard blue ones a little bit pricier but worth it for the quality Will be buying from them again

My order seemed to be in limbo for a few weeks I contacted your support and by the next day my package was on the move and en route to me I even got it the day before tracking said I would Will buy from you again

Jackie was kind enough to reply to my email and informed me that I was scammed by another company named originalpaintbynumbers So thank you Jackie for taking the time to sort it all for me Unbelievable how there are people taking advantage in times like these

A step above

I was very pleased with the kit I ordered It included small but very useful items including hanging hooks a spirit level a clear lacquer to finish the painting with and an extra copy in paper of the colored image and the numbered image It was so useful This is a complete step above any other cheap paint kit I ve ever had The only reason it s not 5 stars is because it did take about a month to arrive However I did order at the start of the pandemic so I m not surprised if there were delays in the shipping system

Quick response with concerns

I had ordered my package on May 10th and it arrived June 2 Understanding that this did take a little longer then excepted due to COVID 19 However when it arrived it did arrive damaged I contacted Paint by Number providing pictures and within a day I had a response to my concerns Was in touch with a lovely lady who was very eager to help resolve my issue Within a few days I was provided with a new tracking code and my new canvas is on route Looking forward to starting my canvas and already have its place picked out on the wall

I would recommend it

I put 4 stars just because of the delay of the shipping that is not due to Paint by numbers but to the pandemic situation that is slowing down all the worldwide shipments A part from this they have a very kind customer service and most of all the paintings are awesome and I appreciate the fact that they already have the frame on I did not find any other website that offer this and the full set that you need in order to complete your painting I would recommend it

I ordered on May 5th and received my order June 5th The customer service email exchanges were great as I was worried about not receiving my order and they promptly replied each time Just be patient with the shipping due to covid 19 This site is NOT a scam The quality of all the materials that came with the painting was great Will be ordering again
