My Lost PBN

I had ordered a PBN for my daughter and shipping showed it had gotten stuck in a post office states away The post office couldn t help but customer service took care of me and resent the piece We re so happy with paintbynumbers shop not only is the quality exceptional but the customer service is actually a LIVE person

Fantastic

Due to COVID the package ran a little late and I got worried since it was my first time ordering I contacted the company and they helped me track down the package and when it arrived it was in amazing condition The canvas is great quality along with the paint Everything is clear and they even give you varnish to finish off the painting once it s done which I thought was a really nice addition Overall great service and great quality product

I absolutly love their products I ordered 5 paintings the professional brushes that makes all the difference and the folding easel I had a problem with one on my painting two colors were the same and they send another one free of charge Excellent customer service and I will keep ordering from them

I have purchased a few of these type products recently from 3 different companies and I must say your products were far superior They came frames and didn t need assembling The pots of paints were pre-numbered and there were multiples of the colours needed and the numbers on the canvas were a size which were easily legible My 84year old mother who had always wanted to learn to paint was able to complete one of your pieces and it boosted her confidence and given her a great sense of achievement We have shared her achievements with family and friends and the positive feedback has truly lifted her spirts Very grateful PaintByNumbers have given us this I will be repurchasing from you and only you again Maryanne

PaintByNumbers shop is legit

I ordered from PaintByNumbers shop and was very pleased with products and customer service was also excellent It took about a month for the post to get products to Finland but it was definitely worth the wait Before ordering I was a little concerned about PaintByNumbers shop because I read some bad reviews but I guess some people just ordered from some other website that was nearly similar that didn t delivered So just make sure you order from the real website

Paint by number is the best around My mom and I have been obsessed with painting by number and we ve tried multiple options and nothing compares to the precision and quality of Paint by Numbers brand The numbers are perfectly defined the colors match the quality of the canvas it comes assembled They are really the best Also customer service is great respond fast and helps resolving issues Had a challenge with a delivery ended up being my neighbor who received and forgot to tell me but Paint by number really gave me all the tracking details to chase the order down

Sad to see some people got scammed I bought one of the paintings last year and had great fun with it I was thinking to order another one but so many websites appeared that looked exactly like the original paintbynumbers I nearly ordered one from one of the scammers but had a real bad feeling and decided not to order anyhow I know now to order from the original site
