Okay hat finally arrived Quality is as advertised really fine weave Customer help was 1st rate responded quickly and answered all questions in a extremely timely manner The only thing that was a little off putting was the shipping Maybe my expectations were too high Took 18 days to get the hat from Ecuador to Florida then another 10 days to get to me All in all from time of order until in my hands 38 days If you can put up with the slow shipping this is the place to order your hat
