We have continually tried to make contact for a return I called before ordering to make sure the oak panels had oak all the way around each slat He assured me yes They arrived and there is only a strip of oak on front with black sides Emails not answered phone not being answered now apparently had a collection sorted yesterday waited all day and no1 showed up We need funds back to order elsewhere

I deeply regret purchasing from Walldec On November 9 2024 I ordered 8 acoustic wall panels only to receive 2 panels that were cracked and bent I immediately requested a replacement or refund via email on November 12 2024 After receiving no response for two days I followed up on their company webpage Yet here we are on November 25 2024 and I ve still received absolutely nothing no acknowledgment no solution no communication whatsoever This level of neglect and incompetence is outrageous Walldec s lack of accountability and abysmal customer service is an insult to paying customers If this is how they treat product issues it raises serious concerns about their credibility as a business Avoid this company at all costs Their poor-quality products and disgraceful customer service make for a truly infuriating experience
