For the most part the experience has been great Joshua Dominguez has been great to work with However I have repeatedly requested to update the email in my profile it does not allow me to do it yet it has not been done Some people never respond to questions

It s only been 1 5 months

It s only been 1 5 months but so far I love the my contacts My bookkeeper is amazing and my consultant Amanda is a gem The company itself has a few inefficiencies with their portal and customer service has been slow to resolve still not resolved BUT - my books are in good shape 5 stars for my bookkeeper and Amanda3 5 stars for Paro s technology and customer service

Paro connected me with a great accountant that was able to solve my issues The work was done very quickly by Nikki and under the estimated budget She went above and beyond her calling by helping us make sure we didn t run into the same issues in the future Could not have asked for a better experience

Paro gets it done

Paro has handled my bookkeeping and taxes for a couple years now and they have made finance a function that just works I know I get accurate and fast numbers to track my business Everyone I work with is professional and high caliber They require little input from me on a week to week basis to give me all the information I need to focus on running my business Beyond providing a stellar full finance department they ve managed to do all that for significantly less than my previous system I will be staying with Paro for the long term
