Photo was adjusted to meet passport

Probably wouldn t use again Our picture passed the original computer test so we paid Then it was rejected by the human photo expert We had to repeat the process 6 times in order to have a photo accepted I understand that the photo needs to be perfect for the passport office but this was incredibly stressful and it would have been easier to go to a photo shop as trying to get an Autistic child to position their head absolutely perfectly straight while getting the correct light focus is near impossible at home We took one picture outside and the wind messed her hair up a bit The picture was refused they called her unkempt

Too many failures because of low light

Photo was adjusted to meet passport needs and requirements quickly and accurately The cost is up almost 25 from a year ago That increase is substantial for the same process and result From my perspective unreasonable

App was easy to use

Too many failures because of low light although clouded but bright sky Wich is the best softbox available When I look at the result I m pretty curious whether it will be accepted for example for a driver s license Even then no more than 3 out of 5 stars

You can t use this for passport photos

App was easy to use I needed the photo for a French driving license worked after second attempt However when I contacted the customer services for a signature numerique a requisite for the French driving licence I never received a reply As this was an urgent situation in the end I went to an accredited Photo Booth all done and accepted in less than 2 hrs and for only 1 more Take your pick

Easy but never 100 guaranteed

I needed help with my childs passport photo for nz passport MIne was just fixing the background but it failed on the purpose of passing passport pictures I resolved the issue via going to a store to have it completed These guys were very helpful and refunded my money Thank you

For some reason it would not download

It was an easy process I have utilised this service about 5 times but 3 out of 5 failed I guess its upsetting that NZ passport knew that I was utilising a service that corrects photos

Do not like the lack of following the mailing through tracking Unfortunately it does nothing to support the ability to have a comprehensive customer service

This is a very good service

Having ordered photos earlier this time I had a bit custom requirement with respect to photo size Fortunately they complied with this requirement only downside is will receive my order in two batches due to template size problem Request to make flexible templates so that such requests can be easily fulfilled Overall it s been nice experience Keep up the good work

Very simple to use

Very easy to submit the picture Digital turnaround time was excellent They can t help it that the USPS took 13 days to the printouts to me The photos were great Took the application to the post office for submission No hitches Everything went straight through

Relatively cheap quick and simple to use

Very simple to use The results are excellent and I like the fact that you can retake the photo multiple times until you are happy with the result The only complaint I have is that the cost of the digital and physical copies of the photos is quite high
