After posting the review below I immediately heard from the company and a credit was issued At this point I totally recommend the company because they really did go above and beyond to make things right I did not receive passport photo in the time promised so I did another entry and therefore got charged twice I finally had to send an email to the company to ask where my photo was They did send it to me immediately then but with no offer to reduce one of the charges

An absolutely unbelievable service So good so efficient I am blown away by how good it has been Would highly recommend in fact I have already I am renewing my passport I went to do this in person in kmart Took 24 hours to collect My partner collected and there was only one photo and not cut out to size Very disappointing Passport-photo online to the rescue I will ve renewing my passport tomorrow
