My photos were declined by the Canadian passport office because they were knew they were done online When I shared this with the company they were very helpful in providing a refund and alternative solutions I appreciate their responsiveness and customer service

The app itself works pretty well You see the results of the digital photo almost immediately They state they will send a hard copy photo in 2-3 business days After 2 wks and a few emails later I did not receive anything In my last follow up I stressed how this only delayed my passport application process which delays the future trip I had planned on Nonetheless I will say their customer support is impeccable I received timely responses to my concern email each time Last they assured me they resent my photo s priority post I did finally receive them However the quality of the photo I KNOW Canada Passport will NOT ACCEPT The quality of the paper and the photo quality itself looked cheap and poorly made printed The digital one they emailed me was much clearer and better I may either end up trying to have my local Walmart print these for me or redo the pictures at a legit passport photo location What I should have done from the beginning Ultimately for the cost not bad Digitally it s pretty good Wait time and hard copy of photos very disappointed Sadly will have to pay more to have professionally printed or redone altogether Waste of my time

Extremely difficult trying to take the picture just right Not a fan of this site Doesn t matter It was still extremely difficult

photos rejected by Australian passport commission but I was promptly refunded so happy overall Make sure your photo is taken with plenty of lighting

Edit Thankfully I got refunded for the photo hence increasing my experience to 3 for good customer service Please check privacy terms as I have found they don t delete our photos once downloaded and also yet they mention the service is not intended for under 16 for privacy reasons they went ahead and processed my kids photos I wish I have read the privacy policy beforehand as I wouldn t have used the service I recommend you use auspost instead and protect your privacy The experience was great but unfortunately the photograph wasn t accepted and we got a new one at the post office So we ve wasted money using this service

I dislike the fact that this Hans been 4 days and I still did not receive my passport photo Had an appointment this afternoon with passport office and had to cancel I m upset about it Now I have to wait for another appointment

The photos didn t come within the time frame promised which is setting back my application weeks due to not being home for the holidays They make it very difficult to find what your shipping status actually is

Getting photo was great but printing it out isn t working out so well for me You should format them on a regular 8 x 11 page or at least give someone the option of choosing that

The system for payment is faulty I had to put my card info multiple times and didn t work And after several times it finally worked Other than that everything else is great I hope the USA government does accept the photo

Unable to get out to photo booth I decided to use this application instead I was a bit confused and stressed at having to keep redoing it as I couldn t get the photo approved until my fourth attempt Still awaiting agreed part refund as pre paid up front and couldn t cancel payment But I m pleased with photo and a friend is printing it off for me F Spinks
