Fantastic service

Fantastic service Can t fault it My passport was due to run out June 2024 and I needed to change my surname to my married name I did the application on line along with a self taken digital photo on a Sunday evening then posted my supported documents on Monday recorded delivery On the Friday of the same week my new passport arrived back along with my documents on the same day They updated me frequently via text as to what stage it was at Would 100 use this service again

Last week I visited Durham passport office for a renewal of my passport The procedure was extremely well run From the moment I arrived until I left I could not fault a single thing All staff were professional and friendly - from the door keeper the security staff at the entry gate and the people involved in actually dealing with the application My new passport arrived within 48 hours and my old passport returned within 72 hours Such a painless procedure Well done Durham

I am the first to complain about terrible customer service these days and so when it is absolutely amazing it is such a surprise I did my application online and got immediate comms by email including to send and then when my old passport had been received and then exactly when my new one would be ready and when posted All done in just over a week Fabulous service
