I might just be quite lucky in regards to Pat McGrath customer service

So outstanding make up I have always been someone who uses cheap make up and I have always believed higher price does not mean higher quality In the past couple of years I tried a lot of high end brands luckily enough to get them at more affordable prices or for free be it gifted or sent to me Whilst I have enjoyed many items I have not believed 99 9 of it is worth even half it s retail price Pat McGrath Labs would be my first exception It is steeply priced I am lucky enough to have gotten very good deals and initially I wasn t so impressed with what I had tried but as I tried more I fell completely in love Most products are so outstanding I pretty much don t use any other make up now This and personally the overall style appeals greatly to me I am well aware of other peoples complaints about customer service I have seen people mention their issues on instagram facebook and now here I personally may just be lucky but my experience with Pat McGrath customer service has been phenomenal There have been several issues with deliveries like missing items or duplicate items damaged products and normally I would be quite unhappy about repeated issues but customer service has always sorted these issues out so well that I am delighted They have sent replacements refunds within a couple of days They are always timely and very friendly too Overall they handle the issues so well that I haven t docked a star They seem to take feedback very seriously unlike many companies I had messaged about the packaging being environmentally so wasteful and also dangerous due to the sequin pouches and tinsel getting everywhere I have cats so when the sequins never seem to be completely hoovered up etc I fear they will choke Ever since I asked politely if there was any chance of them stopping this as I know I m not the only one who takes issue with it my packages have come in paper I didn t expect any action to happen for quite a long while so I was and am delighted PMG official website also does fantastic quarterly sales that really give you a chance to try them out without spending a fortune well as much of a fortune They also have great bundles which save you spending on a fortune on separate items These bundles are ALWAYS included in the sales I know they are steep in price but since I don t buy any other make up really anymore and they do have such great sales I have in reality saved a lot of money My only 3 gripes is that their website doesn t always function properly during sales when the discount is meant to auto apply at checkout and that their search bar can be a little tricky to work with The final one is that they can take a good bit longer to process orders during sales but they do warn you of it I highly recommend

Great customer service

I was weary of ordering due to the other reviews but I actually had a positive experience I wanted to add an item to my order and this was done for me with no fuss I also received my orders within 3 days despite the global delay in deliveries Very happy with both the quality of the items and the customer service

I was a little bit worried after reading all the reviews so I have emailed customer service 5 days after placing my order for an update I have received a very quick response apologising for the delay due to sales and Covid and my order was dispatched the next day I have actually received my order today and oh my the quality of the products is amazing Highly recommend

Lovely experience

I was really worried after reading these reviews - I had just placed an order during their 20 off sale so I thought I was doomed to slow delivery My order was dispatched 5 days after I purchased it and it arrived the very next day Since this is still in Covid delivery times I was very happy Thrilled with the products - I ve seen some comments on various forms saying the products aren t well-protected when they are shipped - mine were in a layer of bubble wrap and tissue paper nothing was damaged I ll probably order again soon very impressed with the products

Loved my shopping experience here I ordered a trio of lip glosses and an eye palette I loved the gold glitter that sprinkles out of the packaging when you first open it too I was worried about the products of my face due to my sensitive skin but the products were fab and I have had no reactions I ll definitely be ordering again
