I ordered an item LED Hologram fan in September it is now November 12th and no item They state that their products arrive anywhere in the states around 20 days I emailed their customer service and each time they said it was in transit Finally I went to pay pal to get my money back and these liars gave them a different order number and tracking number that showed them shipping on the 2nd of November and it being somewhere in Chicago Don t do business with these folks

Goods do not do what they advertised they would despite numerous emails they refuse to refund my money despite their refund policy on ther website All emails received have been in broken English avoid this company at all costs
