Friendly and knowledgeable service Our furniture was delivered quickly and unlike mays companies to the room in this case our bedroom PB were also really efficient in sorting out a problem with one of the pieces of furniture

My two sofas were delivered 6 10 22 The delivery guys were amazing so polite and removed their shoes each time they came in and out the house as I had just had a new carpet fitted They put the sofas together in no time and told me how to get them apart should I have to removed all the packaging and took it with them Can t praise them enough Will definitely be shopping in the store again Precise times and able to track delivery

We bought a table and chairs and had shopped around but the price was best at pavilion broadway The delivery time was quick and when one of the chairs came with a small chip on the leg they replaced it straight away no quibble so their customer service is good also We are very happy with our purchase and would shop there again

I don t often write reviews as there is always an excuse why I don t get round to it I had to sit down and write this straight away We were fortunate enough to have Scott and Gareth visit our home today My choice of words here is careful and deliberate They didn t deliver our furniture they did so much more than this Scott and Gareth have to be 2 of the nicest people I have ever met in my life The positives are so many - friendly polite punctual helpful informative professional kind caring great with dogs considerate exceptional manners I could go on You don t often meet people in life like these 2 I sincerely hope that Pavilion Broadway know recognise and appreciate what they have in Gareth and Scott I would be so lucky if my business was represented by Gareth and Scott Thank you so much Scott and Gareth I hope to have the pleasure of meeting you both again
