Just an awful company

Bombarded by messages calls and emails even after agreeing to pay the full amount on a certain date Also noticed on my settlement letter that they charge you 5 to return any money you accidentally overpay That s all you need when you re struggling how predatory

Scumbag DCA lying to customers Report to FCA

71 give a dodgy debt collection agency five stars That s a lot of fake reviews All customers of Indigo Michael t a Tappily and Safety Net Credit were emailed last week advising their balances were written off CRS is still spamming with people with texts advising people they will lose their discount if they don t pay off the slightly discounted balance in full Even better they haven t even applied a discount

Incorrect information given

I called crs to check where my account was Upto as I had lost my reference number to do it all online When they eventually found my account they said it was cleared no payments due and account was closed I have then been bombarded with calls emails and texts demanding a payment I finally managed to get online to find I had a small balance outstanding so it had been cleared now but to be told one thing that was incorrect is extremely unprofessional and caused upset Update balance cleared 31 08 and still being sent messages

Will not allow me to report a scam

This company has a scam going around in their name texting me Its claimed I owe an amount of 65 54 to SEVERAL companies all dating BEFORE i moved to the UK Most of the companies ive never done buinsess with and the ones I have have legitimately claimed that there is no debt Ive blocked the number and tried contact a while back this company to warn them as several of my friends amd family received the same scam but it seems they dont want to report this or warn consumers as a scam is posing as this buisness

Crooks

Crooks I had an outstanding payment with a lender who passed the matter to CRS Account was then brought back up to date and CRS are still emailing me sending dodgy payment links that come up as Malware and still requesting to make the payment despite there being a zero balance with original lender Follow on comment Authorised and Regulated blah doesn t change the fact that you pursue collections when accounts have been settled

Probably got a scam text saying it is from them

Got text from them saying this is the final opportunity to get a discount on paying an outstanding bill for Clearpay a company I do not have an account with When I entered the ref no the website did not recognise it and asked for other personal info there is nowhere on the website to contact someone from payCRS without logging in If this is a legitimate company dealing with the public then this is a terrible way to treat people I have had no other contact other than SMS If this is genuine then I should have been sent a letter or an email

Chasing debts that are statute barred

Chasing debts that are statute barred being rude to people when that is pointed out refusing to say who the debt is from companies like crs should be shut down

Sending emails with personal details with attached letter that required no pasword or security to open therefore providing me with another persons full personal details Clear breach of data protection Uninterested when approached about it Edit in response to your reply no one has contacted me on email and I never provided you with any further contact for myself Also the email you put in you response is invalid

Harassment

Constantly being harassed for a debt which has been paid despite sending emails and messages via their website to confirm the debt was paid The debt they were harassing me for was 77 not thousands If I had owed it the amount did not warrant the constant harassmentEdited to add that the response from CRS is bog standard and does not address the fact I have paid and am still being harassed
