All easy to do online and user friendly There should be an option available to make one off payments to enable quick reduction in balance I had to message for details to do this and gave up

Can pester you a bit That s their job But once they see you re committed to getting back on track and you keep them involved and updated they are very understanding

They were understanding when I advised the debt was not mine and after they took my thoughts on board they went to the original company who then closed the claim and no action was needed by me Dealt with quickly and efficiently

Crs don t hound you like other

Crs don t hound you like other companies while they send out regular emails and texts they do not bombard you with phone calls this allows you to feel less under pressure to pay when you don t have money

Very Reputable Company

After a very shaky start and being ignored this is the only debt collection agency that I can actually say listen to the customer I only spoke with these via email and I needed to take it no further Some of my language was vulgar during correspondence and still they took on board the message contained within the email and addressed the issue I do suffer from a mental illness but that doesn t excuse some words typed but I think this company are the first not to take this negatively read the content and act accordingly so I am here praising them because it s the least I could do

They are Ok

They are not scam but agree they are aggressive with collections at first through email and sms contact and then they persist almost every day They have installment plans that can be arranged to reduce debts

Good efficient process and ease of payment online I understand that CRS are in the business of managing chasing debt for a client on their behalf however as it s an automated text system the text messages that come through are persistent to the point that I felt like it was the 90 s again when debt management companies were ruthless and threatening in chasing debt Whilst CRS were certainly not threatening at all for me it was almost like a relentless consistency in the texts I d certainly remove the text that implies my credit file will not be affected if I make payment My mobile phone provider 3 whom I don t rate had already reported a missed payment on my file from the start All-in-all CRS were fine and the online payment method was easy

Unfortunately my experience was not

Unfortunately my experience was not good in that I received a message from CRS demanding a payment without providing any context of what the payment was for Once I asked for information and exactly what the demand was for I was happy to pay Nobody should pay a demand send by text without knowing what it is for and that the company is genuine I certainly wasn t going to click on a link without checking it out
