Great to deal with at first but then continue to take money unauthorised and you struggle to get a refund

We paid our final bill then had together energy saying we hadn t paid Together energy said they Would let us know heard nothing they are useless as well

Harrasive texts over a period of four

Harrasive texts over a period of four days which isn t needed Their customer service agents are rude and unhelpful As a disabled person I don t always manage to get on the phone to resolve issues however they continue with harassive behavior Have had to block them now

seem a little bit problematic

easy to set up a payment plan but what is the point if 10 days before the payment date I recive messeges saying the payment has failed and threats of the re arrangement being cancelled I don t know if this is some sort of a game they play to get people upset or get their heart rate up ridiculous and not right

It s problematic for a few reasons

It s problematic for a few reasons They send harassive text messages which I ve received 3 in three days which are threatening in nature Also they won t allow you to setup a direct which is weird as most companies do it sounds very sketchy IF it was simplified and you were given the opportunity to make payment arrangements without all this beauracratic nonsense then maybe it wouldn t be so bad

So I owe some money I havent however murdered small children which is how I am addressed Be polite and calm Oh and you processed the payment twice now you owe me

Somewhat useful in that they message you with a direct link to the payment page so that s quite simple and straightforward I guess But having checked my bank statement they actually took 2 payments And now I have to wait 5 working days to have my money returned

Seems a bit strange that you cannot set

Seems a bit strange that you cannot set up a direct debit to repay monthly Will just have to wait until 4th June before I can make first payment via card annoying as could have set up a direct debit in advance and then know it was sorted for the next while very backward thinking

I have had a bill by three phone

I have had a bill by three phone company passed on to you for 38 60 Three have been charging me this for nearly 2 years nowI found out and cancelled the direct debit because I do not have that phone or that SIM and if you check up it as not been used by me Yet three have been taking 38 60 off me for nearly 2 years Check up and you will see I have not used that SIM or phone So why have three been charging me for it I have a new phone and SIM which I have been paying three with from the same bank by direct debit and don t owe them anything I cancelled that SIM when I bought my new phone and new SIM So why I have I been charghed all this time If you check with the you will see I contacted them and explained everything to them and told them I would be cancelling the direct debit after I found out they were still charging me for a none existing phone and SIM I no longer have or used for over 2 yearsToday I had an email from you stating there may be a cancellation fee How come It has already been cancelled and agreed by three last December and the contract was for two years and that two years has eased now So can I get a refund for the two years as the SIM as not Ben used and can be proved by three that no phone or used has been made over those last two years Looks like making a complaint Please answer my questions and stop trying to bully an old aged disabled female pensioner Thank you for your reply but it does not change the factsI contacted three and informed them last year I do not have that phone any longer and the SIM alsoI require an SAR sent to my home address if any contact for that number and SIM Both of which were a contract sent for a period of time Which is now over 2 years anyway So in fact the contract has ended and you still want me to pay money and to continue a contract for a phone and SIM I have not got and used for over 2 yearsSend me the SAR and contract for that number and SIM within 14 days from this reply to you on Trust Pilot and stop harassing me Enough is enough You must provide the proof
