Had a blind fitted recently and couldn t be happier with the service Luke was helpful and professional throughout there was a slight mix up to my blind fitting day but he promptly sorted that out without any hesitation Will definitely be ordering more blinds in the future

I have used this company for years had blinds carpets laminate flooring All fantastic no problems at all BUT I really am not happy I am paying off my laminate not much owed never missed one payment I received a text to say I can have another order as I am a valued customer so I applied online but it was declined I just thought it was a glitch so I telephoned them she said the soft search on your credit file couldn t of passed what the heck how can that be nothing wrong with my credit file She s telling me I can pay cash online but that is why I pay monthly cannot afford it in one hit I needed my living room upper hall done I am now left in the lurch I really do not think it is right pretty disappointing sending me a text saying I m a loyal customer then refusing me

Great Service

We had a gentleman out to measure our hallway stairs and landing He was lovely It was such a quick and easy process He allowed me to pick my carpets and flooring whilst he measured and all I had to do then was make a first payment Couple hours later I was given a date for them to be fitted which was great Wish I had do it sooner

Beautiful blinds

I recently ordered blinds and had them fitted today Excellent customer service very friendly and helpful The blinds look lovely and make such a difference to our rooms I would definitely recommend this company
