Spent quite a lot in there in the past year All began with a defective washer that I had to change 2 times and team knowhow and over the phone customer service where useless but went into store and a manager named Matt sorted it out quite quickly From that point every piece of electronics and appliances I got was from there Staff are patient and make you feel valued They are not to keen on giving discounts but they make up with customer services Highly recommended it especially Matt the manager

Jervis Store

Went into the Jervis store yesterday really upset as I had forgotten to take my laptop charger up to college with me and I desperately needed it for my assignments which are due this week I met Bethany and she calmed me down found me a universal charger which fit and tested it to make sure it would work on my laptop before closing the sale So impressed and grateful for her help and kindness yesterday

Hi i don t say thing s often on service but I would like to say I have had an epic experience i bought a condenser dryer last week and had it delivered a couple of days later the sale s rep in NORTHERN Ireland Newtown Abbey Kevin i think his name was He gave me the best advice and support and went above and beyond his job to make me feel comfortable in the sale He was knolageable and considerate to my needs later that week i had a problem with the dryer and i was racking my brains thinking i was doing somthing wrong i rang Kevin and told him about it and he was of the upmost apologetic and said he would get an engineer out and sure enough a day later the engineer came and there was a fault with it but it was fix and sorted super speed people can say what they want but these things happen and its part of life even on brand new products im so amazed of the help and quick to fix attitude he has shown please Newtown Abbey PC WORLD commend and reward this awsome customer service thank you kindly i really wanted to share this because everyone is so quick to complain but not commend thank you Kevin hope this gets back to you
