Quite disappointed Low quality designs We tried it for a couple of weeks but had to stop as it was a big waste of time Ended up using Canva instead were our intern without any design training managed to make higher quality designs than the designers at Penji

The quality of the designs ranged from really good to terrible It was very much luck of the draw I literally had a designer return the same design multiple times with minor colour changes To be fair customer support reached otu very quickly saying they would change the designer on my response to the frist time they sent it I thought it wouldn t be required due to the fact it was their first attempt and maybe I did a terrible job explaining The designer then kept returning the same design for days on their last submission the project manager clearly realised the designer had just returned the same design and my response wouldn t be good within minutes So why the project manager didn t talk to the designer before hand is beyond me One time I gave them an example of the sort of style I wanted the literally just copied the design Luckily I owned the copyright for the original design so it wasn t so bad It took 3 weeks for an infographic to be designed To cancel your service you have to jump through hoops It s not a simple click and cancel And it feels like they hold your cancellation hostage to get a review Which is why I m writing this review Hopefully I get it cancelled without having to do chargebacks

Stolen WorkI have a brand new business that I m getting off the ground and one of the designs I found somewhere else Our website business needs custom imagery and not something that is templated It s unfair

Overall I had a pretty mediocre experience I felt like all of the designs were done timely but the quality just wasn t quite there for me I was able to use some of the work but looking back at a few months of service I just feel like I was better off doing it all myself

I ve been using Penji for a while now and although the team hit the mark in the beginning over time things were missed as new designers were being introduced to our company 3 Stars

I was with penji for about 4 months and while it started off great I liked my designer towards the end I just wasn t getting paired with the same quality designers I had in the beginning It started to become hard to justify paying for something where I felt like I was working harder than the company I was paying to do the work With the shift in design teams it just wasn t worth my while to continue to stay with the company

Lack of focus for corporate clients Overall I felt like the company has a lot of great practices but there were a lot of times that the designers did not follow very specific requests I ve listed everything inside of Google Sheets The company kept trying to force me to use their internal systems but I already had my own that I was comfortable with

Great concept but I wanted the team to just take my idea and create all of the verbiage for my ads I don t have time to hand hold everyone Just do the work Overall the quality was there but it took too much time for me to focus on it

Penji have consistently produced exceptional deliverables whilst sometimes working under challenging circumstances Always the consummate professionals they have proven on numerous occasions why they are a service provider of choice for our company

Pretty good company sometimes there was miscommunication but other than that they do good work
