The site is easy to use The Help desk is very responsive if we have a problem The members of PLU seem to be nice and trustworthy people who consider that home exchanging is not just a money saver but a human experience based on mutual trust and even friendship

We are now into our 6 th year of exchanging with PLU and it just keeps getting better Last year we did 9 exchanges and this year so far we have 8 confirmed The website is easy to use and it s useful to read the response rates of the different listings The review system is fantastic and easy to follow Can t recommend PLU enough it s the best

We love this platform and the unique community that embodies values that my husband and I hold We have had some wonderful exchanges in lovely locations and are excited to visit places that we have not yet explored I spend way too much time dreaming of our next adventures

High response rate and so many nice notes

We are organizing our first longer trip to Ireland with multiple exchanges It looks it will work out well Nice places could be easily identified One exchange is already finalized two are in process The incredibly high response rate and friendly notes reveals a community where people like to share or grant others a good time PLU is about people trust and respect - and sharing

We ve been members for a year and a half and absolutely love People Like Us We re off to Barcelona on exchange in a few weeks and are so excited Everyone we ve had the pleasure of meeting and chatting to are so friendly and we have no hesitations to swap our house I ve met Drew and Cathy and they are fantastic people which makes the whole thing so much more personal Cannot recommend enough

I recently returned fro a home exchange in Lake Tahoe California Everything was perfect The house was conveniently located to the lake and the hosts were so welcoming leaving us a basket of goodies for ourselves and the grandkids Just the right amount of snow but not too much Mostly we loved the spirit of exchanging with trust and kind communication was present from the start Highly recommend this platform
